Shipping Policy

Where we ship: We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available yet.

Shipping charges: Shipping is free across India. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available; any extra charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Processing time: Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 2–5 business days after confirmation.

Delivery time: After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days for items we hold in stock, and 7–14 business days for imported items, in most places in India. Remote areas can take longer. These times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Courier delays, holidays or weather can extend them.

Order confirmation for COD: We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm COD orders. Orders we cannot confirm within 48 hours may be cancelled.

Tracking: After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link by email/WhatsApp/SMS.

Wrong address / refused parcels: Please check your address and PIN code carefully. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or delivery was refused, we may refund prepaid orders minus the shipping charges, and future COD orders from the same number may need prepayment.

Damaged parcel: If the outer package looks tampered with or damaged, please refuse the delivery or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours.
