Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love every BUILDIVINE piece. Please read this policy before you order.

• You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by emailing or WhatsApping us with your order number.

• Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return as described below.

We accept returns for:

• a damaged or broken product,

• a wrong product delivered, or

• a product with a missing part.

To request a return, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos. An unboxing video is required for damage claims.

Not returnable:

• Earrings and nose pins (for hygiene reasons), unless damaged or wrong.

• Items that are used, worn, altered or without original packaging.

• Change-of-mind returns on sale/discounted items.

• After we receive and check the returned item, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

• Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

• COD orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer to an account you share with us.

• Original shipping and any COD fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Exchanges: We offer a replacement for damaged or wrong items, subject to stock. If stock is not available, we give a full refund.
