Is the jewellery real gold or silver?

Our pieces are fashion jewellery unless the product page says otherwise. Materials are described on each product page.

Will it tarnish?

Plated jewellery can fade over time. To make it last longer, keep it away from water, perfume and sweat, and store it in a dry pouch.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, across India. We may call or WhatsApp to confirm your order.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 2–5 business days to dispatch, then 3–7 days for items in stock or 7–14 days for imported items. See our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link once it ships. You can also WhatsApp us your order number.

Can I return earrings?

Only if they arrive damaged or wrong, for hygiene reasons. See our Return Policy.
