Harikrishnan J (trading as BUILDIVINE) ("BUILDIVINE", "we") runs www.buildivine.in. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

• Details you give us: name, phone, email, delivery address, and order details.

• Payment details are handled directly by our payment partner. We never see or store your full card or UPI PIN details.

• Basic technical data: device/browser type and pages visited, through cookies and analytics tools.

• To process, ship and support your orders.

• To send order updates (email/SMS/WhatsApp).

• To prevent fraud and fake COD orders.

• To send offers, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with: only the service providers needed to run the store: payment gateway, courier/shipping partners, email/SMS providers, and website hosting (Hostinger). We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it: order and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires. Other data is deleted when no longer needed or when you ask.

Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing buildivinedesigns@gmail.com.

Cookies: we use essential cookies to run the cart and checkout, and optional analytics/marketing cookies only with your consent.
